Management Trainee Officer (Business Development) | GOPKZ

Located onsite at F-5/1, Aga Khan, Islamabad, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our supply network within the travel and hospitality sector. With a monthly gross package of PKR 50,000, the role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their career in business development. You will play a key role in expanding our inventory by identifying, engaging, and onboarding vendors across Hotels, Stays, Cars, Tours, and Experiences. This target-driven position requires a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively grow our vendor base.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Acquisition: Proactively identify and build a robust pipeline of potential vendors including hotels, car rental services, tour operators, and activity providers to enhance our platform’s offerings.

Outreach: Execute outreach campaigns through cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to introduce and promote GOPKZ’s platform to prospective vendors.

Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process from initial contact to vendor activation, ensuring collection of necessary rates, inventory details, and documentation.

Negotiation: Assist in negotiating rates, commissions, and commercial terms to secure favorable agreements for the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to facilitate smooth vendor activation and integration.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your vendor pipeline and daily outreach activities within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is essential.

Skills: Candidates should be comfortable with cold calling and possess strong follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is required to manage data effectively.

Mindset: The role demands a results-oriented approach with the ability to work under targets and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
