Management Trainee Officer - Dispatch

This position offers practical training and hands-on experience within the Dispatch Department, providing an opportunity to understand corporate culture, policies, and operational procedures. The role involves supporting various assignments, preparing presentations and reports, and contributing ideas to improve system processes. Trainees will actively participate in training sessions and activities, gaining valuable exposure to real-world business functions. Additional tasks may be assigned by management to enhance learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Dispatch Department in daily operations and assigned projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as required.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing system processes.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and related activities.
- Assist with any additional tasks or assignments delegated by the line manager or management.
- Gain practical experience through hands-on involvement in departmental functions.

Required Qualifications
- MBA, MPA, M.Com, or BBA degree.
- Maximum age limit of 26 years.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00.

- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

This opportunity is available within the Sales & Dispatch Department under the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) category. The position is located in multiple sites including Chakwal, Kallar Kahar, Hattar, Farooqia, and Mianwali.
