The Management Trainee Officer – Human Resources (MTO – HR) will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management. This position involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee documentation, preparing HR reports, and supporting employee relations activities. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Prepare HR reports and update records in HRIS systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and probation periods.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources (MBA-HR), or an equivalent field from a reputable university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates graduating from well-recognized institutions such as Sukkur IBA University or other HEC-recognized universities will be given preference.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000.
- This is an in-person role, providing direct exposure to HR operations and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
