Manager – Business Development & Projects

The Manager – Business Development & Projects will play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities across corporate, residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. This position requires managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, as well as overseeing project execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams such as Design, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless project coordination and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and corporate clients. This role is based in Lahore and demands a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across corporate, residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, guiding leads through to successful conversion.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Oversee projects from initial client requirements through execution, handover, and after-sales service.
- Ensure that all projects meet the agreed scope, quality standards, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with Design, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor project revenue, profit margins, receivables, and overall progress to ensure financial and operational targets are met.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Project Management.
- Strong skills in B2B sales, negotiation, client relationship management, and commercial dealings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within set parameters.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the furniture, interiors, construction, or project-based sales industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with working alongside architects, interior designers, and developers will be an advantage.
