Jamiyat Panjabi Saudagaran-e-Dehli (JPSD) is looking for a motivated Manager for Marketing, Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role is crucial for strengthening the organization’s brand, securing vital resources, and building strategic partnerships that support JPSD’s welfare initiatives. The successful candidate will lead efforts to promote the organization’s mission, engage with a variety of stakeholders, and drive sustainable growth through innovative marketing and fundraising approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, branding, and promotional strategies to enhance JPSD’s visibility.
- Lead fundraising efforts by identifying and engaging potential donors, philanthropists, and funding organizations.
- Establish and maintain corporate partnerships, CSR collaborations, sponsorships, and institutional alliances.
- Prepare persuasive fundraising proposals, presentations, sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements.
- Promote JPSD’s welfare programs through digital channels, targeted campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate entities, donors, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Organize fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities to maximize outreach and impact.
- Maintain accurate donor and partner databases and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Ensure all activities comply with JPSD policies and obtain necessary approvals from management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, corporate relations, or resource mobilization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and proposal-writing skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Master’s degree is preferred and considered an advantage.
- Experience within the NGO, welfare, or nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office.
