The Manager – Marketing, Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships at Jamiyat Panjabi Saudagaran-e-Dehli (JPSD) in Karachi, Pakistan, plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s brand visibility and securing both financial and non-financial resources. This position focuses on developing strategic partnerships that support JPSD’s welfare programs, ensuring sustainable growth and impact through effective marketing, fundraising, and corporate collaboration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, branding, and promotional strategies to elevate JPSD’s presence.
- Lead fundraising initiatives by identifying and engaging potential donors, philanthropists, and funding organizations.
- Establish and nurture corporate partnerships, CSR collaborations, sponsorships, and institutional alliances.
- Prepare detailed fundraising proposals, presentations, sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements.
- Promote JPSD’s welfare programs through digital platforms, targeted campaigns, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate entities, donors, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities to maximize outreach.
- Maintain accurate donor and partner databases and provide periodic performance reports to management.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and secure necessary approvals from management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, corporate relations, or resource mobilization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and proposal-writing skills are essential.
- Prior experience in the NGO, welfare, or nonprofit sector will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Work Environment

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs150,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office, fostering close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
