MANAGER – PRODUCTION / TECHNICAL OPERATIONS

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our plastic manufacturing facility as a Manager – Production / Technical Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities and technical operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plastic moulding, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production and technical operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of plastic moulding machines and related equipment.
- Oversee the management of dies and moulds, production planning, and quality control processes.
- Minimize production downtime, reduce material wastage, and control operational costs effectively.
- Lead and motivate production teams while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Dies & Moulds or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Practical knowledge of plastic processing, moulds, machinery troubleshooting, and production management is essential.

Work Location
- This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the manufacturing facility.
