We are looking for a Manager – Strategy & Business Operations to join a leading media group based in Lahore. This is an onsite role requiring a dynamic and versatile management professional with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of managerial duties, including organizational development, project management, business operations, and strategic planning to drive the company’s growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational development initiatives, process improvements, and operational planning to enhance overall performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure they are executed on time and meet quality standards.
- Prepare high-quality management presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align efforts with organizational objectives.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support strategic planning, monitor performance metrics, and assist in implementing management decisions.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, leadership qualities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a news channel or media house is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000.
