Manager Academic

We are seeking an experienced Manager Academic to lead and manage Intermediate-level academic programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality education, overseeing faculty performance, and fostering student success. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to maintain high academic standards and support continuous improvement within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Management: Oversee the effective implementation of the curriculum, academic calendar, and teaching plans to ensure smooth and timely delivery of academic programs.

Faculty Supervision: Monitor faculty attendance, evaluate teaching quality, review lesson plans, and uphold academic standards to maintain a productive teaching environment.

Student Performance: Track student attendance, monitor academic progress, and analyze examination results. Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate interventions to enhance their learning outcomes.

Academic Coordination: Work closely with faculty members, administrative staff, admissions, and examination teams to ensure seamless academic operations and communication across departments.

Quality Improvement: Collect and review academic feedback from various stakeholders. Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving teaching methodologies and overall student performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing academic programs at the intermediate level or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of curriculum implementation and academic standards.
- Ability to supervise and evaluate faculty performance effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Competence in monitoring student progress and implementing support mechanisms.
