Manager Accounts and Finance

TAB Developers, a prominent real estate developer based in Lahore with multiple ongoing projects across the city, is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead its finance team at the head office located in Lahore Cantt, near Mall of Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining healthy cash flow and liquidity.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor vendor payments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance to achieve reporting targets and resolve financial issues effectively.
- Monitor revenue recognition, bill booking, and receivable management to optimize fund utilization.
- Engage with banks on financing models and manage relationships to support company financing needs.
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and reports for management review, analyzing monthly accounting records to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with other departments and business units to ensure smooth financial operations and support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or ICMA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person position based at the company’s head office in Lahore Cantt. The offered salary range is Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
