Manager Accounts & Finance

We are seeking a mature, responsible, and experienced finance professional to join our team as Manager Accounts & Finance in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical experience in accounting and finance, demonstrate sound judgment, and have the ability to independently manage financial operations within a structured business environment. This full-time role requires a proactive individual who can oversee the entire accounts and finance function while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations efficiently.
- Supervise accounting records, ledgers, reconciliations, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial controls, and expense management to maintain financial health.
- Ensure timely completion of bank reconciliations, tax matters, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth financial processes.
- Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team to maintain high performance and accuracy.
- Provide management with accurate financial analysis and reports for strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial discrepancies and implement measures to strengthen internal controls and processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent qualification such as CA Inter.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable company, established business, manufacturing/production organization, or recognized accounting/finance firm.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems is essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be mature, sensible, responsible, detail-oriented, and professionally well-organized.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be considered an advantage. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 140,000 to Rs. 170,000. The position requires working on-site in Lahore, providing an opportunity to engage directly with the team and management.
