This role requires an Industrial Relations (IR) professional with 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, possessing a strong foundation in security protocols, administrative management, and labor laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative and security functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards, and fostering effective industrial relations through coordination with government agencies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and supervision to subordinates on administrative activities including management of workers’ canteen, legal compliance, waste disposal, scrap handling, and hygiene maintenance in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Conduct regular visits to field sites and plants to monitor adherence to hygiene standards and implement strict pest control measures.
- Collaborate in the development and planning of Industrial Relations policies and procedures; maintain liaison with government agencies and officials to facilitate resolutions related to industrial relations matters.
- Address and resolve administrative issues concerning labor; oversee the accurate recording of attendance for third-party workers and coordinate with teams to manage transportation logistics for workers through contractors.
- Manage the rotation schedules of security personnel to optimize productivity and effectiveness in security operations.
- Organize and plan training and refresher sessions for security staff, focusing on emergency response strategies and techniques to ensure preparedness in critical situations.

Required Qualifications

- Industrial Relations qualification with 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols and administrative management.
- Clear understanding of employee regulations and labor laws to ensure compliance and effective handling of labor-related issues.
