We are currently looking for a Manager or Assistant Manager based in Peshawar to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience and the ability to independently lead project workstreams, develop client solutions, and manage delivery teams. This role involves overseeing engagements from initial diagnosis through to solution design and implementation, ensuring client expectations are met with professionalism and insight. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership and clients, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams, conduct diagnostics, and manage analytical outputs
- Develop high-quality reports, presentations, frameworks, and strategic documents
- Facilitate client interviews, workshops, validation sessions, and stakeholder engagements
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality and consistency of work
- Manage project timelines, work plans, risks, and maintain effective client communication
- Support proposal writing, pitch development, and new business initiatives
- Ensure timely, accurate, and impactful delivery of consulting assignments

Required Qualifications
- ACCA/CA certification or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, research, or closely related areas
- Proven track record of leading components of consulting or advisory engagements

Required Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant analytical tools
- Capability to supervise teams, manage deadlines, and uphold high-quality standards
