Manager Cash & Collections Management

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily corporate collection operations, including collection accounts and banking channels, to ensure timely fund realization and efficient cash conversion.
- Ensure compliance with standing instructions, fund-routing requirements, and regulatory policies while maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness.
- Resolve banking and transactional queries, reconcile fund inflows and outflows, verify refunds and reversals, and ensure accurate bank charges and financial postings.
- Maintain and review collection agreements to ensure updated documentation, adherence to legal and organizational policies, and completion of periodic reviews.
- Provide timely and accurate collection reporting, monitor bank transactions in real-time, reduce unidentified receipts, and securely integrate digital collection channels through H2H APIs.
- Execute treasury-related projects, special assignments, and ad hoc initiatives to support operational efficiency and departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications
- MBA, BBA, BSc in Accounting & Finance, CA Part Qualified, Qualified ACCA, or any relevant accounting qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic data analysis skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
