The Manager Collection BAU position within the Digital Banking Group offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the collections operations at the Faisalabad branch. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the collections team to ensure timely and effective recovery of overdue accounts.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce collection policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with digital banking and other relevant departments to streamline collection processes and leverage technology for improved efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to collections.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in collections management.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and generating actionable insights.
