Key Responsibilities
- Maintain subsidiary records for receivables, payables, bank guarantees (BGs), indefeasible rights of use (IRUs), advances, and security deposits.
- Process, record, and post financial transactions accurately in SAP.
- Manage collections and perform bank reconciliations for Carrier & Wholesale (C&W) and Interconnect customers.
- Maintain detailed party-wise, service-wise, and month-wise receivable ledgers, ensuring timely reconciliation.
- Ensure prompt collection and deposit of payments from Interconnect Operators.
- Process Calling Party Pays (CPP) payments and adjustments to Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) against PSTN receivables, while maintaining related accounting records.
- Prepare and analyze Movement in Receivable Accounts (MRA) reports for management review to support financial decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA (Finance), CMA Inter, CA Inter, ACCA, or any relevant qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial record-keeping, collections, and reconciliations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently with high accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with excellent time and people management capabilities.
