Key Responsibilities
Collection Business:
- Minimize NPL accretion by actively collecting overdue payments, thereby contributing positively to both principal and markup recovery.
- Achieve collection targets for total receivables ledger (RL) with 92% collection in the first month, 97% in the second month, and 99.5% in the third month for each quarter.
Monitoring and People Management:
- Evaluate the performance of each region and collaborate with Regional General Managers (RGMs) to address delinquency and NPL slippage issues.
- Oversee the circulation, monitoring, and review of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, including product-level, bucket-level, and country-level performance metrics.
- Enhance portfolio yield by encouraging quick repayment behavior among customers.
Process and Procedure:
- Ensure the collection system implements new initiatives effectively and promotes their utilization.
- Coordinate with Risk, Credit Administration Department (CAD), and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of collection processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in collections, recoveries, or remedial management.
