Manager Corporate

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to join our Corporate Relations team as a Manager. This role is crucial in advancing the organization’s corporate fundraising efforts by building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing sponsorships, engaging donors, and supporting initiatives that drive social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relationship Management:
Develop and sustain strong connections with corporate entities to support fundraising goals. Identify potential corporate clients and actively seek opportunities for collaboration.

Corporate Client Engagement & Retention:
Implement programs aimed at retaining and expanding the existing corporate client base. Organize visits and events for corporate clients and stakeholders to deepen engagement and showcase organizational projects.

Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships:
Secure institutional and corporate support through partnerships, co-branding, event sponsorships, and other collaborative activities. Assist in creating tailored proposals that align with corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives.

Event Management:
Support the planning and execution of annual events targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), top philanthropists, and CSR heads. These events aim to raise funds for key initiatives such as the Akhuwat Endowment Fund. Coordinate corporate events to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Corporate Client Tours & Visits:
Arrange visits for corporate clients and stakeholders to observe organizational projects and on-site activities, including fund disbursement procedures.

Reporting & Communication:
Prepare regular reports and updates on corporate engagement activities, sponsorships, and client feedback. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling content for corporate outreach.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:
A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate fundraising, relationship management, or donor engagement.

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in proposal writing and delivering corporate presentations.
- Event planning and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Understanding of CSR strategies and donor management systems is an advantage.
