Swich, a fintech company focused on building a financial operating system for merchants in emerging markets, is seeking a Manager – Demand Partnership (Fintech) to join their team in Karāchi. The company’s API-first platform enables merchants to accept payments across multiple channels, manage large-scale payouts, facilitate cross-border transfers, and access embedded finance and lending solutions. The Manager – Demand Partnership will play a critical role in driving demand generation and revenue growth by leading strategic partnerships focused on merchant financial solutions. This full-time, on-site position involves identifying and onboarding new partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to maximize mutual value. The role requires close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and integrated offerings tailored to merchant needs. Additionally, the manager will analyze partnership performance data, optimize programs, and ensure pipeline growth through coordinated demand-generation activities. Staying informed on fintech market trends and sharing insights with leadership to shape long-term partnership strategies is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic partnerships, including relationship management, commercial negotiations, renewals, and service level agreements.
- Source, structure, and scale new partnerships across various channels such as BNPL, ride-hailing, Raast QR, and merchant acquisition.
- Collaborate with legal teams to finalize partnership agreements and contractual arrangements.
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to address integration challenges, including API integrations and tokenization issues.
- Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives and co-branded campaigns with partners.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics, prepare reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize partner programs and campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on the fintech ecosystem and present findings to senior leadership.
- Drive pipeline growth through coordinated demand-generation activities and growth strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic partnerships, including commercial negotiations and account health management.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to negotiate terms and coordinate legal processes.
- Experience working with Product and Technology teams to resolve technical integration challenges.
- Solid understanding of fintech, payments, financial services, and digital ecosystems, including APIs and merchant-focused solutions.
- Background in demand generation, growth strategy, and go-to-market planning, preferably within B2B, fintech, platform-based, or digital environments.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and optimize programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership, problem-solving, and strategic execution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Advanced degrees or certifications in fintech, payments, business development, or partnerships are advantageous.
- Prior experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Growth, or Strategic Alliances roles within fintech, payments, SaaS, digital platforms, or emerging-market ecosystems is highly preferred.
