We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager or Deputy Manager – Accounts to join our team in Multan. The successful candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing accounting functions independently while ensuring adherence to relevant tax and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle taxation matters, including income tax and sales tax, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure full compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial and accounting issues to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports promptly.
- Monitor ongoing regulatory and tax compliance to mitigate risks.
- Independently manage accounting-related tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Prepare financial information and reports for management review and decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, or CA Inter qualification.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Strong practical experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of FBR and PRA compliance, particularly related to income tax and sales tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Benefits
- Previous experience in the Pesticides or Agro-Chemicals industry will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is highly desirable.
