We are looking for a results-oriented Manager E&P with strong leadership capabilities and extensive hands-on experience in equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the company’s core processes, with the ability to monitor equipment deployment effectively by balancing costs against revenue generated. This role requires minimizing external rental outflows and proactively identifying and arranging equipment in line with projected deployment commitments to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of equipment and plants at project sites to support uninterrupted operations.
- Reduce equipment breakdown times to accelerate project progress and improve productivity.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all equipment, including conducting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to maintain operational integrity.
- Enforce compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures, ensuring employee safety and adherence to legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to support recruitment, training, and development initiatives for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) personnel.
- Maintain strict compliance with HSE standards, quality control measures, and company systems to uphold operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry, demonstrating progressive responsibility in equipment management and maintenance.

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in budgeting and cost planning for both rental and owned equipment.
- Ability to interpret service manuals and spare part manuals effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge in auto electronics.
- Excellent decision-making skills to address operational challenges promptly.
- Skilled negotiator capable of managing vendor and rental agreements efficiently.
