We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager, Facility to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in managing infrastructural projects, acquisitions, expansions, and asset health, while also leading teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, and performance KPIs for the local market, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee building and facilities maintenance, including asset management and audits of third-party maintenance contracts to ensure compliance and quality.
- Lead the launch, relocation, and revamp of dark stores by handling site scouting, project execution, and final handover.
- Supervise contractors by managing budgets, specialties, and project timelines, conducting site visits to guarantee quality and punctual delivery.
- Maintain and handle all permits, licenses, and municipal approvals, ensuring adherence to zoning, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance schedules while fostering strong relationships with service providers to achieve cost-effective and prompt solutions.
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for stores and warehouses to support operational needs and expansion plans.
- Negotiate leases and contracts to align with company goals and ensure cost efficiency.
- Continuously identify process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and implement advancements in facility management practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; an Engineering degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate and facility management.
- Proven background in project management with hands-on involvement in infrastructure-related projects.
- Technical knowledge related to equipment and installations within facilities is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of store operations and logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a structured approach.
- Fluency in both Urdu and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
