Manager (Female)

Paramount Books (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established and highly respected book-selling and publishing organization in Pakistan since 1948, is seeking a qualified and capable female professional to lead its main School Division based in Karachi. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong educational background and administrative experience in the teaching and learning sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s presence and reputation within educational institutions by promoting its range of textbooks and related publications.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and foster mutually beneficial relationships with schools and other educational institutions to promote Paramount Books and its publications.
- Manage and supervise the main School Division located in Karachi, as well as oversee school divisions in other branch offices across various cities.
- Represent the company in meetings and events, which may require travel both within Pakistan and internationally.
- Ensure smooth operational management of the division, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in any education-related subject.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a reputable organization focused on teaching and learning.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple teams and locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in the publishing or educational sector will be considered an advantage.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 100,000, along with additional benefits.
- The role requires in-person work at the Karachi office, with occasional travel as needed.
