We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join a prestigious organization in Lahore as a Manager Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, demonstrating expertise in managing financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in corporate or public sector environments, capable of leading financial functions with integrity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Lead financial planning and risk management initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to foster professional growth and maintain high performance.
Required Qualifications
- A degree of CA (Finalist), ACMA, or ACCA from an HEC-recognized institution is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance, including at least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience preferably within corporate or public-sector organizations.
- Maximum age limit of 45 years as of the closing date for applications.
