Salman Food Industry is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Manager Finance to lead its finance and accounting functions. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, internal controls, and compliance. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and improve operational efficiency across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and analyses to assist management decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with FBR regulations, including sales tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Lead internal control initiatives, coordinate audits, and implement cost-control measures.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Supervise, guide, and develop the finance team across multiple branches.
- Establish and maintain effective financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support business planning and financial objectives.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA, ACMA, or CA qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a managerial finance role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead teams across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the food, manufacturing, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to PKR 120,000 per month.
- Work location is in person at the Peshawar office.
