Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, is seeking a Manager Homologation to lead the product compliance and certification efforts for its range of tractor models. The role involves managing homologation, testing, and validation activities to ensure all products meet regulatory standards and achieve timely certification. This position requires close coordination with internal departments such as R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing, as well as external regulatory authorities and testing agencies. The Manager Homologation will also lead a dedicated team, driving continuous improvements to enhance testing efficiency, reduce approval timelines, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead homologation and certification processes for new and existing tractor models, ensuring adherence to EDB, PSQCA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage comprehensive product testing and validation programs, including performance, field, prototype, and component testing, to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies to facilitate product validation, regulatory approvals, and production release.
- Oversee the preparation and management of regulatory submissions, technical documentation, test reports, and certification records, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulatory standards and legislation, assessing their impact and implementing necessary compliance measures promptly.
- Lead and develop the Homologation and Testing team by managing resources, monitoring performance, and enhancing technical capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing and homologation processes to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product Design and Testing, with hands-on expertise in Homologation and Regulatory Compliance.
- Proven experience in Product Development, Design, Testing, and Validation.
- Strong knowledge of Homologation procedures, Regulatory Compliance, and Product Certification requirements.
- Mandatory experience in the Automotive or Tractor industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, engage stakeholders, and coordinate across multiple functions.
