We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a prestigious organization based in Lahore as Manager HR & Admin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and training initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR and administrative operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
- Handle disciplinary matters with professionalism and fairness.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational growth.
- Oversee administrative functions to support daily operations and ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports related to HR activities and administrative matters.
- Maintain effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a 16-year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a public-sector organization, corporate environment, or large-scale facility/venue management.
- Proven expertise in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and training.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Maximum age limit of 45 years as of the application closing date.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- An 18-year MS or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
