MANAGER HR

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a qualified Manager HR to join a leading company in the textile and reclaimed apparel industry based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role requires a hands-on HR professional to manage comprehensive HR operations and ensure smooth payroll processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR management within the textile sector and be proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Oversee daily HR operations, maintaining employee records and documentation with high accuracy.
- Utilize SAP and/or Odoo ERP systems to streamline HR functions and data management.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and enforce HR policies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and management dashboards to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar HR operations position.
- Strong expertise in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and overtime management.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and/or Odoo ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
