Manager HR

The Manager HR position based in Lahore requires a dedicated professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or HRM from a reputable university and demonstrate strong expertise in managing various HR functions. This role demands a hands-on approach to HRIS/ERP systems and digital HR processes, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The Manager HR will be responsible for supporting management through effective HR strategies while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implement and maintain HRIS/ERP systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards.
- Provide strategic support to management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to guide decision-making and improve workforce planning.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure alignment with HR objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, HRM, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience working with HRIS/ERP systems and digital HR tools.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR reporting/analytics.
