Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
- Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and legal requirements.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring workplace safety and sustainability practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing HR operations.
