We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The successful candidate will ensure that IMS frameworks support organizational strategy while maintaining full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. This role involves setting measurable departmental and organizational objectives, monitoring performance regularly, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, implement, and maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Align IMS frameworks with the company’s strategic goals and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop departmental and organizational objectives using the SMART methodology, monitoring progress on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure that Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO standards and internal guidelines.
- Lead SOP integration and upgrade initiatives within defined timelines, ensuring effective implementation across departments.
- Plan and conduct internal audits for QMS, EMS, and OHS systems as per approved audit schedules.
- Identify system gaps, enforce corrective actions, and follow up on non-compliances to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and After Sales teams to monitor customer complaints, warranty claims, and feedback, fostering continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Quality Service Agreements with stakeholders to guarantee defined service standards.
- Promote a quality-driven culture through initiatives such as Quality Month and other awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with PSQCA, EPA, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and their practical implementation.
- Familiarity with PSQCA standards and regulatory frameworks related to quality, environment, and safety.
- Awareness of environmental and legal compliance requirements relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental ISO documentation and implementation efforts.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions and awareness programs to enhance organizational understanding of IMS.
- Strong auditing capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and diligent follow-up skills to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Demonstrated leadership experience in IMS, Quality Management, or Compliance roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams while driving organizational change and fostering a culture of quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in quality, IMS, or compliance roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership or head position managing cross-functional teams.
- Competitive monthly salary range of Rs 200,000 to Rs 350,000.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
