Pakistan Expo Centres (Private) Limited is seeking a qualified Manager for their MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) department. The role involves overseeing all aspects of MEP operations within the expo center, ensuring efficient and safe management of systems that support the facility’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all MEP activities, including installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards across all MEP operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to MEP activities, including procurement and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system upgrades.
- Liaise with external agencies and authorities for necessary approvals and certifications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in managing MEP operations, preferably within large commercial or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and water supply.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
