The Manager PPC & Operations will play a crucial role in overseeing production planning, process coordination, and enhancing operational efficiency within the production department. This full-time, onsite position based in Sialkot requires managing PPC activities, including Bills of Materials (BOM) management, consumption planning, and ERP-driven production control. The goal is to ensure manufacturing processes are timely, cost-effective, and aligned with delivery schedules. The role demands close collaboration with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline workflows and resolve any operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) to ensure all delivery timelines are met efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for various production processes.
- Plan and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage and control production costs.
- Coordinate effectively with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure precise data entry and generate reports through ERP systems to maintain transparency and accuracy.
- Monitor production schedules closely and proactively resolve any operational bottlenecks that arise.
- Continuously work on improving operational efficiency and optimizing workflow processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in PPC or production operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of production environments.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control, BOM management, and consumption planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Good understanding of production workflows, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills to handle complex operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
