Manager PPC & Operations

The Manager PPC & Operations will play a critical role in overseeing production planning, process coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment. This position involves managing Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities, maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM), planning material consumption, and utilizing ERP systems to monitor and control production processes. The goal is to ensure timely delivery, cost-effective manufacturing, and smooth coordination between production, procurement, and warehouse teams. This full-time, onsite role is based in Sialkot, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met consistently.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for all production processes.
- Plan and monitor material consumption closely to minimize wastage and control production costs effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting through ERP systems to support production tracking and decision-making.
- Monitor production schedules proactively and address any operational bottlenecks or delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize workflow processes within the production environment.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) or production operations management.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with PPC, BOM management, and consumption planning.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for production control and reporting.
- Good understanding of production workflows, inventory management, and cost control measures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and solve operational challenges effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
