Cost Control & Process Optimization: Manage production costs by optimizing raw material, manpower, energy, and machinery use. Reduce wastage of copper, aluminium, insulation materials, scrap, and rework. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Enhance production capacity, cycle time, and machine efficiency. Develop cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality. Analyze variances and take corrective actions to meet budgeted costs.

Production Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily production against targets and schedules. Prepare and review production reports regularly. Analyze efficiency, material consumption, wastage, rejection rates, and downtime. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely ERP data entry. Establish and monitor KPIs. Present performance updates and improvement plans to senior management.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental policies. Ensure safe operation of all machinery. Conduct safety inspections and enforce PPE use. Identify hazards and implement preventive measures. Manage proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste. Foster a safety-conscious work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, Sales, and Supply Chain to align production with customer requirements and delivery timelines. Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new product development and process improvements. Resolve production issues through effective interdepartmental coordination. Support customer inspections, audits, and product qualification activities. Provide technical and operational support to senior management.
