Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned regions, including vendor sourcing and overseeing RFP/RFQ processes.
- Evaluate commercial proposals, prepare recommendations for award, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Oversee procurement approvals, contract renewals, vendor work allocation, and Purchase Order creation within SAP.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Powers (DoP), and adherence to established timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies and identify potential vendors for RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
- Handle vendor communications, commercial evaluations, and maintain tender documentation.
- Prepare comparative statements and conduct analytical reviews of vendor pricing against market benchmarks.
- Facilitate timely renewal of Frame Agreements and equitable distribution of work among contracted vendors.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all relevant data is captured in SAP.
- Monitor and report procurement activities, including open Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), RFPs, and overall procurement cycle performance.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders, vendors, and the Regional Procurement team to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Achieve procurement objectives within defined timelines while maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong technical competency in contract drafting and negotiations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP HANA.
- Experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and price negotiations with vendors.
