Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards covering revenue, profitability, forecasts, budgets, sales pipelines, sales performance, customer data, product insights, and regional analysis. Oversee KPI dashboards and perform revenue reconciliation by validating figures against source systems and financial records to ensure accuracy. Prepare standardized management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, previous-year performance, and targets, providing actionable business insights. Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Product, IT, CRM, and other stakeholders to collect and validate data, resolve reporting issues, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports. Maintain dashboard and reporting governance through access controls, version management, data confidentiality, and standardized practices. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance turnaround time.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Finance is essential. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CIMA are required. Candidates with an MBA will be preferred.

Experience and Technical Competencies

Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial planning and analysis, commercial analytics, or business intelligence. Proficiency in Power BI dashboard reporting, data analysis and interpretation, advanced Excel, SQL, and financial and commercial reporting is necessary to succeed in this role.
