Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the tile industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, dealer networks, distribution channels, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage and expand project-based customer networks.
Identify new business opportunities in the tiles and building materials market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and key customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Lead, supervise, and support the sales team in achieving individual and overall targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, periodic reports, and performance updates for management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant teams for timely recovery.
Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and pricing guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the tile industry.
Prior experience in sales team management and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of tile products, dealer networks, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business.
