Manager Service & Service Sales - HVAC

A leading organization within the Ghulam Faruque Group is seeking an experienced professional to oversee HVAC service operations and sales for the North Region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Mechanical or HVAC engineering, combined with extensive industry experience. This role demands a proactive leader with proven expertise in service sales, team management, and business development, capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HVAC service operations and service sales across the North Region, ensuring the achievement of revenue and business targets.
- Take ownership of the regional service budget, focusing on profitability, cost control, and overall financial performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, promoting sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), maintenance, repair, and after-sales HVAC services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service and sales teams to ensure high productivity, effective coordination, and the successful attainment of departmental goals.
- Develop and implement regional service-sales strategies aligned with market trends and opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, providing regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC services.
- Proven track record in service sales within the HVAC sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
