We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-driven features and core digital platform capabilities. This role involves defining a clear product vision and strategy, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML product management, a strong data-driven approach, and the ability to drive product success from concept through launch in an Agile environment. This position is based in Islamabad and requires in-person work, with reliable commuting or relocation plans.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap focusing on AI capabilities such as large language models (LLMs), predictive models, automation features, and essential digital platform functionalities. Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, balancing technical debt, innovation, user feedback, and strategic goals using data-driven decision frameworks. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Agile Delivery: Partner daily with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to convert complex user requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and wireframes. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles within an Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Uphold ethical AI standards by ensuring compliance with data privacy, governance, fairness, transparency, and security policies.

Discovery & Analytics: Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate product hypotheses and identify pain points. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption, engagement, retention, model accuracy, latency, and revenue impact. Use these insights to continuously refine and improve the product.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience with digital software products, SaaS platforms, or AI/ML-driven features.
- Functional understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data pipelines, model deployment, API integrations, and modern generative AI technologies.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics, and the ability to write SQL queries for independent data analysis.

Additional Information

- Salary range: Rs180,000 to Rs200,000 per month.
- Location: Islamabad (in-person role); candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
- Experience required: At least 3 years as a Product Manager.
