Macquarie Asset Management’s Supplier Governance Center of Excellence (CoE) is dedicated to the governance, oversight, and strategic management of its third-party supplier ecosystem. This team collaborates closely with senior stakeholders and service providers to enhance risk management, supplier performance, operating models, and strategic transformation initiatives within the supplier governance framework. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the supplier governance framework within Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), ensuring robust risk management and supplier performance.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness and driving process improvements across the supplier ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across MAM and external service providers to deliver governance outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support operating model transformation initiatives to enhance supplier management and third-party risk oversight.
- Drive engagement and influence outcomes within a complex, global organizational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, Supplier Governance, Third-Party Risk Management, Procurement Governance, Consulting, Transformation, or related fields.
- Relevant qualifications such as CA, B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate degree are preferred.
- Proven experience managing supplier governance frameworks, third-party risk, service provider oversight, or outsourcing governance.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within complex global organizations.
