A Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring adherence to good warehouse practices and compliance with relevant rules and regulations. This role requires independent management of product and material registrations and standards, with a focus on maintaining efficient warehouse layout and space utilization. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for coordinating audits and implementing corrective actions as needed, while maintaining strong communication with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and application of good warehouse practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Design and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
- Independently manage local product registrations and compliance with applicable standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate standard audit processes conducted by international and local customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) promptly to address audit findings or operational issues.
- Maintain strong liaison with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in warehouse management or related functions.
- Educational background of Pharm-D or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
