We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team at our warehouse located in Phase 4, Bahria Town, Islamabad. This full-time position operates during night hours from 5 PM to 2 AM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting cost-efficiency initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable activities for the assigned warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and process weekly 1099 payments for contractors in compliance with company policies.
- Review daily work hours through the ADP system and secure necessary approvals from managers.
- Maintain accurate headcount reports covering all labor categories, including 1099 contractors, independent contractors, and temporary workers.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure invoices are processed promptly and correctly.
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions related to the warehouse operations.
- Monitor resource utilization, identify areas of waste, and support initiatives aimed at reducing costs.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse management to implement strategies that reduce operational expenses and improve profitability.
- Assist in vendor selection processes to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
- Address financial queries raised by warehouse management promptly and accurately.
- Ensure proper claims procedures are followed and maintain comprehensive chargeback records.
- Finalize the monthly Profit & Loss account for the site and coordinate its approval with warehouse management.
- Conduct thorough P&L analysis at month-end and on-demand to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to support decision-making.
- Generate ad hoc internal reports as requested by management to meet evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Membership in a recognized accounting body such as ACCA, ICAP, ICAEW, CIMA, or ICMAP.
- Practical experience working with ERP systems, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines within a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000. The position requires the candidate to work on-site to effectively manage and coordinate accounting activities within the warehouse setting.
