MANPOWER & STAFFING SUPERVISOR

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a proactive Manpower & Staffing Supervisor to oversee and develop the blue-collar workforce sourcing network across Central Punjab and Islamabad. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, coordination, and deployment of various support staff to meet client requirements efficiently. This role demands hands-on involvement in sourcing, screening, and maintaining a reliable pool of workers while building strong relationships with local manpower providers and communities. The position requires regular travel within the assigned regions and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dependable pool of blue-collar workers for client projects.
- Source and coordinate manpower including drivers, riders, security guards, housekeeping staff, office boys, helpers, technicians, electricians, warehouse workers, production workers, and other support personnel.
- Identify and engage suitable hiring sources, manpower suppliers, local networks, and recruitment channels within Central Punjab and Islamabad.
- Maintain an updated database categorizing candidates by skill, location, and experience.
- Manage candidate screening, documentation, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Arrange manpower deployment according to client needs and timelines.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local recruiters, manpower providers, contractors, and community networks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with deployed workers and clients to ensure workforce availability and operational continuity.
- Handle replacement requests and coordinate urgent manpower requirements promptly.
- Keep accurate records of candidates, deployments, attendance, and workforce status.
- Coordinate closely with Human Capital’s recruitment and management teams regarding manpower demands.
- Travel within the designated areas as necessary for sourcing, coordination, and client or workforce-related activities.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in manpower staffing, recruitment, field operations, administration, or workforce coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manpower sourcing.
- Well-established local network and understanding of the workforce landscape in Central Punjab and Islamabad.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to source manpower quickly to meet urgent client requirements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Effective follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and maintaining manpower databases.
- Willingness to travel as required within the assigned regions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in staffing companies, manpower agencies, recruitment firms, facility management, logistics, or workforce outsourcing will be given preference.
