Manual Testing- QA

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Manual Testing professional to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This full-time role involves working within an agile development environment to ensure the quality and performance of software, hardware, and system components. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, analyzing requirements, and documenting results to support the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop the test concept for integrated test strategies covering software, hardware, and system components.
- Analyze and determine requirements for end-to-end test benches.
- Review requirements and assess their testability to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Create detailed test specifications based on product and system requirements.
- Design and implement suitable end-to-end test cases to validate both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise test reports documenting outcomes and observations.
- Define and establish test setups for embedded and digital system testing.
- Ensure compliance with established test processes and standards.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify issues and improvements.

Required Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in test and validation roles.
- Theoretical to advanced knowledge in testing methodologies and equipment calibration.
- Practical experience with Carrier’s organizational systems, programs, or products, including the ability to enhance and leverage these in daily work.
- Proven ability to measure, analyze, and calibrate equipment on small to medium platforms or projects to meet production quality standards.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of test results.
