Market Research Analyst

Silverlight Research is seeking motivated Market Research Analysts to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will contribute to international research projects focused on markets, companies, and industry professionals. The position involves working closely with a diverse, global team to deliver high-quality research outcomes while adhering to structured processes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on markets, companies, industries, and professionals using predefined criteria.
- Perform structured outreach through approved communication channels to engage relevant experts.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate professionals suitable for various research projects.
- Review and summarize expert profiles to align with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and research data.
- Consistently meet weekly targets for research and outreach activities.
- Collaborate effectively with an international team to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 to 24 months of experience in research, recruitment, lead generation, sourcing, or related fields.
- Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication abilities and reliability.
- Access to a personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Availability to work consistently during UK business hours.
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines efficiently.
