We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our remote team. This role involves identifying and validating new experts for market research projects, ensuring high engagement and consistent daily submissions. The position requires working 9 hours per day within a specified UK time shift, with a focus on meeting credit and submission targets to maximize compensation. Candidates must have proficiency in Urdu or Hindi and be based in India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and validate at least 5 new experts daily, ensuring they meet project criteria.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum of 90% engagement during the 9-hour workday.
- Accumulate credits by booking new experts, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Submit daily reports on expert validation and credit achievements.
- Adhere to the scheduled shift from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM UK time, including a 2-hour lunch break.
- Maintain consistent communication and updates with the team regarding progress and challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Urdu or Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidates must be residents of India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh.
- An updated LinkedIn profile is required to demonstrate professional background.
- Must not be currently engaged as a full-time student or full-time employee.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection is essential.
- Availability to work 9 hours daily within the specified shift hours.

- Compensation is structured with a base pay and commission model:
- Base pay starts at $400 per month for working 9 hours daily at 90% engagement with fewer than 20 credits and daily submission of 5 new experts.
- The base pay increases to $800 per month once 20 or more credits are achieved under the same conditions.
- Compensation is adjusted pro-rata if daily submission targets are not met or if the full 9-hour workday is not completed.
- Commission is paid at $30 per credit for the first 5 new expert credits booked.
- For 6 or more credits, the commission rate increases to $50 per credit starting from the 6th credit onward.
- Repeat bookings or experts sourced from the existing network earn 0.25 credits each.
