Market Research Analyst (Remote)

Silverlight Research is seeking motivated Market Research Analysts to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will contribute to international research projects by investigating markets, companies, and industry professionals. The position involves working closely with a diverse, global team and requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on markets, companies, industries, and professionals using established criteria.
- Perform structured outreach through approved communication channels.
- Identify and screen relevant professionals to participate in research projects.
- Review and summarize expert profiles according to project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and research activities.
- Achieve weekly targets for research and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate effectively within an international team setting.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 and 24 months of experience in research, recruitment, lead generation, sourcing, or a related field.
- Strong written English skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop.
- Consistent availability during UK business hours.
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines reliably.
