Marketing and Content Creation Executive (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and PR Specialist to join our team at Rendream. This role focuses on driving organic growth across multiple social media platforms, managing public relations efforts, and creating engaging content with a strong on-camera presence. The ideal candidate will be a confident female professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and PR, capable of working full-time from our Paragon City office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Growth:
Develop and implement organic growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, setting clear targets for followers, reach, and engagement. Manage brand profiles, oversee content formats, publishing schedules, and daily platform activities. Plan monthly content calendars using tools like Meta Business Suite, ensuring alignment with campaigns, product launches, and PR initiatives. Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers through comments and messages, initiating conversations, and collaborating with creators and partner pages. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment to identify new growth opportunities. Track weekly analytics such as follower growth, reach, engagement, saves, and shares, optimizing performance and providing detailed monthly reports to management.

PR & Communications:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and digital publishers to secure brand coverage. Prepare press materials including press releases, media kits, statements, and brand announcements. Identify, pitch, and manage influencer, creator, and brand collaborations from briefing through to delivery. Represent Rendream at launches, trade shows, panels, and press events, converting these activities into engaging content. Monitor brand mentions across online and press channels, managing reputation by addressing negative feedback and sensitive situations professionally.

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence:
Generate creative ideas, scripts, and produce short-form videos such as Reels and TikToks that align with brand campaigns. Regularly host on-camera content including explainers, product walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes footage, event coverage, interviews, and thought-leadership videos. Create relatable, platform-native user-generated content (UGC) while maintaining brand standards. Collaborate with design and video teams to develop hooks, formats, storylines, and shoot briefs. Ensure a consistent brand voice across captions, community interactions, press materials, and on-camera delivery.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations, demonstrating successful organic growth and PR campaigns.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, suitable for on-camera presentations, media pitching, press materials, and daily community engagement.
- A portfolio showcasing managed social accounts, on-camera videos, and examples of PR coverage or campaigns secured.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X algorithms, with a track record of organic growth without reliance on paid advertising.
- Hands-on PR experience including media outreach, press release writing, influencer collaborations, and event management. Having an established media and creator network in Pakistan is advantageous.
- Confident and natural on-camera presence, comfortable appearing multiple times per week and taking direction during shoots.

Work Location:
This is a full-time, in-person position based at Rendream’s office in Paragon City, Lahore.

Compensation:
The monthly salary range for this role is Rs100,000 to Rs180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
