Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Usmanco International, a leading Medical Devices Company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our nationwide team as a Market and Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial link between the head office and regional teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with the company’s Annual Business Plan. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively monitor performance, deploy promotional tools, and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with regional sales teams to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, along with advanced monthly sales planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor the progress of regional teams, identify any performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance results.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and data analyses for presentation to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Execute promotional tools and campaigns to support sales initiatives and brand visibility.
- Oversee and monitor marketing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Organize scientific promotional programs aimed at educating and engaging customers, thereby strengthening client relationships and market presence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within the medical devices or related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between teams and present information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
